On 13th and 15th April 2021, COMBINE organised an R Workshop, participated by 26 students from across 5 states in Australia. This workshop covered basic concepts in R including Rmarkdown, data visualisation, and plotting with ggplot. Not only did the participants learn from lectures by the instructors, but also from challenges that they solved in breakoutrooms, which made the learning fun and interactive. Participants were also given the opportunity to bring their own data and discuss it with the instructors.
