Are you new to bioinformatics? This workshop will get you started!
In this workshop, we will give you a gentle introduction to high performance computing, basic linux commands, cloud computing and show you how to install your first bioinformatics package.
At the end of the workshop, you will be able to navigate HPC systems and install bioinformatics software.
