10 min presentation
The oral presentation slot will be 15 minutes (~10 minutes + 5 minutes questions). Please prepare your slides in 16:9 widescreen dimensions in PowerPoint or PDF format. Presenters will need to carry out a software trial run about a week before the symposium. More details will be sent out by email.
Also, presenters are required to provide their slides to the organisers 3 days prior to their session.
3 min Flash Talk
Each talk will be strictly limited to three minutes. Please prepare a single PowerPoint slide without animations. Flash talks need to be pre-recorded and submitted to organisers on 16/11/2020.
